The villa is enclosed behind private gates with 1/2 acre of its own lovely garden. The large swimming pool (13m x 7m) is surrounded by a tiled area. Sit & enjoy the shade from the veranda, whilst having a barbecue, or soak up the Spanish sun from the lounges by the pergola. A variety of trees & shrubbery provide interest & tranquillity. Outside the property are olive groves and two local restaurants.

Coast/Beach
The nearest coast is Malaga. To the east of Malaga is the Costa Tropical offering a varying coastline to Nerja, a town with beautiful beaches, coves and restaurants. To the west of Malaga are the well known coastal resorts such as Torremolinos and Fuengirola. Marbella is further west. All the resorts can be simply reached by duel carriage way / motorway, or for a very pleasant trip take the good mountain roads for stunning scenery and peace.

Golf
Good golf course at Antequera (20 mins) which is being expanded to a 36 hole by 2007 with a good restaurant and magnificent views over Antequera and the surrounding countryside.

Skiing
Skiing 1½ hours. away in Sierra Nevadas from November to April with direct road access to the resort from Granada and a good variety of runs.

The area is ideal for activity sports such as walking, mountain walking, rock climbing, horse riding, cycling, as well as sight seeing. Antequera is a lovely old moorish city with plenty of interesting buildings to see. There are numerous good restaurants and bars as well as a new self-serve - eat as much as you like - chinese restaurant. There are some lovely clothes and shoe shops as well as many supermarkets There are some wonderful days out to have exploring the countryside - the flamingos at Fuenta de Piedra, the wolf park up the road, the lakes at Iznajar etc. etc. as well as many really good restaurants in the countryside.
